Dieses Tool ermöglicht uns eine topographische (z.B. Höhenprofile, Rauhigkeitsanalysen), elektrische (z.B. tunneling/conductive AFM und surface potential) und magnetische Charakterisierungen von 100 x 100 µm² großen Flächen.
Mit dem integrierten Torsion Resonanz Mode (TRmode) können komplementäre Informationen zum Tapping Mode für Oberflächenabbildungen und Analysen erhalten werden.
