Mit „Objective / Correlative“ radikalisiert der Künstler diese Fragestellung, indem er erstmals auch gegenständliche Bilder in seine visuelle Grammatik integriert.
Das Verhältnis von Wort- und Bildsprache beschäftigt Dunst in Folge auch weiterhin intensiv – auch in Texten, Vorträgen und Ausstellungen, wie etwa in der Schau „Riss/Lücke/Scharnier A“, die er 2007 für seine Wiener Stammgalerie Nächst St. Stephan zusammengestellt hat.

With “Objective / Correlative” he took this dialogue to another, more radical level by integrating objective images into his visual grammar.
Since then, Dunst has continued to intensively address this relationship between verbal and visual language - in texts and lectures as well as in such exhibitions as “ Riss/Lücke/Scharnier A” (crack, gap, hinge, A) which he created for his regular Vienna gallery - Galerie nächst St. Stephan - in 2007.
