Im Projekt REWAGEN » Electrochemical WAter treatment system in the dairy industry with hydroGEN REcovery and electricity production « entwickelt ein europäisches Projektkonsortium mit Partnern aus Forschung und Industrie unter der Leitung des Fraunhofer IGB ein mehrstufiges Verfahren zur effizienten elektrochemischen Behandlung von Prozess- und Abwässern aus der milchverarbeitenden Industrie .
Die einzelnen Verfahrensschritte werden dabei zu einem geschlossenen Prozess kombiniert und integriert.

In the REWAGEN project ( Electrochemical WAter treatment system in the dairy industry with hydroGEN REcovery and electricity production ) , a European project consortium consisting of partners from research and industry and led by the Fraunhofer IGB is developing a multistage process for the efficient electrochemical treatment of effluents from the dairy industry .
The aim is to combine and integrate the individual process steps to form a closed system where each step delivers a stream of materials that can be further processed, recycled or reintroduced into the system.
