Governance in this lecture is focused on political decision making processes and also on administrative governance ( e.g. performance issues ).
The focus is on the electronic support of governance and governance processes (e.g. voting, e-participation, campaigning).
Electronic support especially related to methods, tools, precondidions, best-practice examples and future trends.
