Baudynamische Gebäudeaufnahmen – Erschütterungen und Sekundärschall), der aus dem Straßenbahn- und Baubetrieb resultierende Lärm prognostiziert und bei Bedarf entsprechende Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Anrainer gewählt und verifiziert.
