Mit der anfänglich krude erscheinenden Annäherung über das Katastrophengenre vermag der Film auf pointiert komische Weise die momentane Lage der argentinischen (und vielleicht auch der globalen) Gesellschaft herunterzubrechen und zu zeigen, wie diese im Inneren eigentlich funktioniert.
Dazu gelingt es FASE 7, eine Apokalypse komisch zu gestalten.
