Als Voraussetzung dafür erstellen wir entsprechende Profile von Änderungen in der Konzentration verschiedener Hormone sowie im Energiestoffwechsel während der verschiedenen Phasen der Körpergewichtsänderung.
Dazu bestimmen wir die entsprechenden Hormonspiegel (mittels Immunoassays) und Parameter der Energiebilanz (z.B. Futteraufnahme, Energieumsatz, respiratorischer Quotient).
