Hierfür sollen im "sciatic nerve injury" Modell bei Mäusen Morphologie, Funktion und Autophagie der Mitochondrien und Redox-Proteom Veränderungen in geschädigten nozizeptiven Neuronen und zentralen Projektionen untersucht werden.
