Im Urlaub vor 3 Jahren auf Bali habe ich ein ähnliches Dessert genossen.
Dort auch diese leckere Süß-Salzig-Kombi, nur ohne Reis, sondern ich glaub es war Tapioca.
Tja ich kann mich nicht mehr erinnern.
