Das Nachbarschaftszentrum ? Elbschloss an der Bille ? wurde von der BGFG in den umgenutzten Räumen ihres ehemaligen Verwaltungsgebäudes im Osterbrookviertel eingerichtet.
Im Zentrum des unterversorgten Quartiers entstand ein Ort für generationenübergreifende Begegnung, Kommunikation, Beratung und Bildung.
