Wenn der Besteller an ein tschechisches Bankkonto bezahlt, das nicht bei den Steuerbehörden veröffentlicht wurde, schuldet er die USt, wenn die Rechnung über CZK 700.000 ( EUR 25.557 ) beträgt.
In anderen Fällen, dh wenn der Lieferant als „unverlässlicher USt-Zahler" bekannt ist, die Zahlung nicht an ein tschechisches Bankkonto getätigt wurde oder wenn Steuerhinterziehung bzw. Herauslockung von steuerlichen Vorteilen vorliegt, ist die Schuld unbegrenzt.
