Der Verkäufer ist berechtigt, bei Zahlungsverzug oder Zahlungsschwierigkeit sofortige Herausgabe der noch nicht weiterverkauften Waren zu verlangen.
Bis zur Herausgabe hat der Käufer die im Eigentum des Verkäufers stehenden Waren für diesen getrennt von anderen Waren zu lagern, als Eigentum des Verkäufers zu kennzeichnen, sich jeder Verfügung darüber zu enthalten und dem Verkäufer ein Verzeichnis seines Eigentums zu übergeben.
