Voraussetzung für diese Verzugsentschädigung ist, daß der Abnehmer einen ihm entstandenen Verzugsschaden mindestens in Höhe der Entschädigung nachweist.
Über die Verzugsentschädigung hinaus sind wir zu keinen weitergehenden Schadensersatzleistungen verpflichtet.
Zu Teillieferungen und Teilleistungen sind wir jederzeit berechtigt.
