Neue Hoffnung
Die Ära des Präsidenten Karl-Heinz Wildmoser begann 1992 mit dem Durchmarsch in die 1. Liga unter Trainer Werner Lorant; der TSV etablierte sich wieder in der höchsten Klasse.
Wildmoser erkannte die Zeichen der Zeit und setzte mit dem Umzug in das Olympiastadion alten Traditionen ein Ende: auf Dauer war mit dem kleinen Stadion in Grünwald erfolgreicher Profifußball nicht mehr zu finanzieren.

The era of President Karl-Heinz Wildmoser began in 1992 with the march through into the 1st division under trainer Werner Lorant; the TSV again established itself in the highest class.
Wildmoser recognised the signs of the times and with the move into the Olympic Stadium put an end to old traditions: after a time it was no longer possible to finance successful professional football with the small stadium in Grünwald.
