In 1918 Lang met the great film producer Erich Pommer who engaged him to Berlin.
There he wrote more scripts and played as an actor.He made his debut as a director in 1919 with the movie " Halbblut " and continued with " Die Spinnen ", which has a big resemblance with the Indiana-Jones movies in the 80s.
