Winners are chosen based on a detailed written description of the research, the presentation quality, and a demo to the international audience of a functioning prototype.
The Ambient Computing team of Prof. Dr. Andreas Schrader from the Institute for Telematics won the best demo award.
The team comprising Dr. Darren Carlson ( at the National University of Singapore since February 2013 ) and Bashar Altakrouri from the graduate school in Lübeck presented advancements made with the software system, which had won the 1st prize at IoT ’ 2012 in China.
