If you have concluded your previous studies at Ulm University, please fill in the application for enrolment (PDF) and send it to the Studiensekretariat with all necessary documents (listed on the form).
Enrolment is only possible if you have already been accepted as a doctorate student by the faculty (you need to hand in the form "Antrag auf Annahme als Doktorand" signed by your supervisor and the chairman of the doctorate committee.)

Wenn Sie Ihr zur Promotion berechtigendes Studium an der Universität Ulm absolviert haben, füllen Sie den Antrag auf Einschreibung als Promotionsstudent aus und reichen ihn und die im Antrag genannten Unterlagen im Studiensekretariat ein.
Die Einschreibung ist nur möglich, wenn Sie bereits von der Fakultät als Doktorand angenommen worden sind (entsprechender Antrag mit Unterschrift Ihres Betreuers und des Vorsitzenden des Promotionsausschusses).
