The NZZ Group and Tamedia will bring their stakes in the delivery and sales company Zuvo Zustell- und Vertriebsorganisation AG ( 50 per cent each ), including its shares in Presse Vertriebs GmbH ( 50 per cent ), to the new Swiss Post subsidiary.
The NZZ Group will also be transferring to the company the remaining shares in Presse Vertriebs GmbH and the early delivery contract with DZO Druck Oetwil am See AG while Tamedia will transfer the Sunday and daily delivery service of Espace Media Groupe.
