Coffee Andalouse - - (for 2 persons) 1/8 l evaporated milk 1 tablespoon powder of cocoa 2 tablespoons sugar ¼ l strong hot coffee 4 cl Sherry & 2 pinches smart chocolate. Bring the evaporated milk and the powder of cocoa to a boil and fill the sherry into the vessel.
Fill the coffee andalouse in 2 cups and decorate with the chocolate.
