RWE AG has undertaken to the hybrid bond holders that it will make a tender offer pursuant to which it will offer to repurchase the securities at their respective principal amounts plus interest accrued if a change of control event has occurred.
As of 24 September 2010 RWE has expanded the untertaking to all securities listed.

Die RWE AG hat sich gegenüber den Inhabern der Hybridanleihen verpflichtet, diese im Fall eines Kontrollwechsels zu ihrem Nennbetrag zuzüglich Zinsen zurückzukaufen.
Auf Basis einer Vereinbarung vom 24. September 2010 hat RWE die Verpflichtung auf die darin aufgelisteten Wertpapiere ausgeweitet.
