The car is built by students from the University in Lille, from France with a special construction for one of the biggest solarcar race in Australia, the World Solar Challenge, which will take place in october 99.
They will have to cover a distance of 3.000 kilometres from Darwin to Adelaide.Only with the 8 m2 solargenerator the team Helios has to run the distance between Paris and Berlin in less than twenty hours.
