Unterlagen zu dieser ersten Gesichtsrekonstruktion sind im Berliner Dom ebenso zu sehen wie solche zur zweiten forensischen Bach- Gesichtsrekonstruktion von 2008 und weitere Schätze aus der ikonographischen Sammlung des Bachhauses, der größten zu Bach weltweit.

So it is no surprise that after the disinterment of his bones in 1894, Bach became the first person in medical history whose face was reconstructed posthumously.
Documents relating to this first facial reconstruction can be seen in Berlin Cathedral along with those describing the second forensic Bach facial reconstruction of 2008 and further treasures from the iconographic collection of the Bach House, which is the largest such collection in the world.
