Der Antrag muss schriftlich beim Jugendamt gestellt werden.
Die Beistandschaft kann vom allein sorgeberechtigten Elternteil jederzeit beendet werden.
Die Aufgaben der Beistandschaft beschränken sich auf zwei Bereiche:

The official assistance may be terminated by the person having the care and custody of the child anytime.
The official assistance assumes two tasks, the determination of paternity and the assertion of the child’s maintenance claim.
