Die hauptsächlichen physischen Belastungen ergeben sich durch ungünstige Umgebungsbedigungen für die Bildschirmarbeit unterwegs und schlechte ergonomische Eigenschaften der mobilen Kommunikationsgeräte.
Der Bericht empfiehlt, u. a. wegen der Dynamik der technischen Entwicklung auf eine Gesetzgebungsinitiative zu verzichten, bewährte und anwendbare Standards aus der EU-Richtlinie zur Bildschirmarbeit anzuwenden sowie praxisnahe Gestaltungsempfehlungen zu entwickeln.
