Mehl, Puddingpulver, Kartoffelstärke und Backpulver vermischen und vorsichtig unterrühren.
Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen, den Biskuitteig darauf verstreichen und bei 200°C ca. 12-15 Min. goldgelb backen.
Auskühlen lassen!
