HGV-Präsident Manfred Pinzger gratulierte der Gruppe „ Südtiroler Gasthaus “ zu ihren Aktivitäten und zeigte sich überzeugt, dass sie einen Mehrwert für die einheimische Gastronomie darstelle, in dem regionaltypische Gerichte auf hohem Niveau in einem historischen Ambiente geboten werden.
Als Mitglied des HGV-Landesausschusses war auch Spitzenkoch Herbert Hintner auf der Pressekonferenz anwesend.
Hintner betonte die Wichtigkeit der authentischen, regionalen Küche, die in Zukunft noch stärker Zuspruch finden wird.
