Vom 28. Juni bis zum 17. August werden insgesamt 36 aus über 390 Bewerbungen ausgewählte künstlerische Positionen im Kunstverein Hannover, in der NORD / LB art gallery und in der Kunsthalle Faust präsentiert.
„ Nordlichter “ stellt wichtige Künstler der Norddeutschen Kunstszene wie beispielsweise Timm Ulrichs , Christiane Möbus , Hans Karl und Rolf Bier neben bislang unbekannten Talenten vor .
Traditionsgemäß wurden aus den einjurierten KünstlerInnen die Stipendiaten für den „Preis des Kunstvereins Hannover“ ermittelt sowie der Preisträger für den „Kunstpreis der Sparkasse Hannover“.
