Mit Daten der IAB-Erhebung des gesamtwirtschaftlichen Stellenangebots 2005 und 2006 wird anhand von logistischen Regressionsanalysen überprüft, inwiefern Betriebe das Verhalten beider Gruppen in den Jahren 2005 und 2006 als verändert wahrgenommen haben.
Sowohl bei arbeitslosen Bewerbern als auch bei Beschäftigten wurde in den Untersuchungsjahren von betrieblicher Seite eine gestiegene Konzessionsbereitschaft beobachtet.
Die Analysen geben Indizien dafür, dass neben der ungünstigen Arbeitsmarktlage und betriebsinternen Faktoren auch die Arbeitsmarktreformen zwischen 2003 und 2005 einen Einfluss auf diese Wahrnehmung hatten."
