www.sfb650.charite.deIn einer Phase-II-Studie soll die Sicherheit und Effizienz einer de-novo, Calcineurin-Inhibitor-freien immunsuppressiven Therapie mit anti-CD25 Antikörperinduktion, Mycophenolsäure und mTOR-Inhibition geprüft werden.
Dazu werden Patienten die bereits eine eingeschränkte Nierenfunktion zum Zeitpunkt der Lebertransplantation haben, in einer Studiendatenbank dokumentiert.
