Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, spätestens zwei Wochen ab Kenntnis der Bereitstellung die Leistung abzunehmen.
Nach Ablauf dieser Frist ist BECOM Software AG berechtigt, für jeden Tag der Nichtabnahme einen Betrag in Höhe von EUR 5.- als Verzugsgebühr zu verlangen.
Hierdurch kommt kein Verwahrungsvertrag zustande, BECOM Software AG kann keine Haftung für während der Zeit des Annahmeverzugs entstehende Schäden an der Leistung oder deren vollständigen Untergang übernehmen.

No contract of deposit comes about as a result of this, BECOM Software AG cannot accept any liability for damages incurred to the performance or its complete destruction during the period of the delay in acceptance.
