Der Betrieb, auf der Südinsel Neuseelands, bewirtschaftet 1.420 ha, wobei neben Weizen und Raigras auch auf 320 ha Kartoffeln und 80 ha Zwiebeln angebaut werden.
Der Ertrag bei Weizen liegt im Durchschnitt bei 10 – 12 Tonnen pro ha.

The farm on the south island operates 1,420 hectares with wheat and ryegrass, plus 320 hectares of potatoes and 80 hectares of onions.
The yield for wheat is between 10 and 12 tonnes per hectare on average.
