Übertragung von IP-Rechten
IP-Rechte können zur Benutzung durch Dritte exklusiv oder einfach lizensiert werden, aber sind grds. auch zur Rechtsübertragung ( Verkauf und Abtretung ) geeignet.
Als “ Rechte ” unterfallen IP-Rechte zunächst der Möglichkeit der Lizenzierung:
