Der Interventionspreis für Rohreis (Reis in der Strohhülle, gedroschen) beträgt 150 EUR/t.
Vom 1. April bis 31. Juli jedes Jahres können die Interventionsstellen bis zu 75 000 Tonnen Reis ankaufen.

The intervention price per tonne of paddy rice (rice which has retained its husk after threshing) is 150.
Between 1 April and 31 July of each year, the intervention agencies can buy in up to 75 000 tonnes of rice.

Weicht die Qualität des zur Intervention angebotenen Rohreises von der Standardqualität ab, für die der Interventionspreis festgesetzt wurde, so werden entsprechende Zu- oder Abschläge angewendet.
Die Interventionsstellen können den eingelagerten Reis anschließend entweder auf dem Gemeinschaftsmarkt oder zur Ausfuhr in Drittländer verkaufen.

If the quality of the paddy rice offered for intervention is different from the standard quality for which the intervention price has been fixed, price increases or reductions are applied.
