Socialization ist die Aneignung von implizitem Wissen auf der individuellen Ebene durch persönliche Erfahrung.
Durch die Artikulation dieses Wissen im Dialog mit einer Gruppe wird das Wissen externalisiert, also zu explizitem Wissen.
