1962 begann der Firmengründer erfolgreich mit dem Verkauf in Österreich.
Der Zufall wollte es, dass bereits 1969 erste Schritte mit der Absicherung von Straßenbaustellen, ein völlig anderes Marktsegment, begonnen wurden.
1971 übernahm Franz Janschitz (geb. 1953) die Führung des Unternehmens.
