Zusammenhang Festbetragsgruppensystematik und Nutzenbewertung nach § 35a SGB V
Neben dem bisherigen Verfahrensweg nach § 35 SGB V kann seit dem 1. Januar 2011 eine Änderung oder eine Neubildung einer Festbetragsgruppe auch nach § 35a SGB V erfolgen:
Bei Arzneimitteln, die pharmakologisch-therapeutisch vergleichbar mit Festbetragsarzneimitteln sind, ist der medizinische Zusatznutzen als therapeutische Verbesserung entsprechend nachzuweisen.

Since 1 January 2011, and in addition to the procedure thus far, a reference price group can be modified or a new reference price group can be formed in accordance with SGB V, section 35a.
For pharmaceuticals that are pharmacologically and therapeutically comparable to those in the reference price group, additional benefit must be demonstrated as a therapeutic improvement.
