Ein Aktionär, der z. B. die Hauptversammlung vorzeitig verlässt, aber möchte, dass sein Stimmrecht trotzdem weiter vertreten wird, kann sein Stimmrecht auf einen anderen Versammlungsteilnehmer übertragen oder sich durch die von der MAN SE benannten Stimmrechtsvertreter vertreten lassen.
Vollmacht und Weisungen an die Stimmrechtsvertreter können Sie bis zum vom Versammlungsleiter verkündeten Ende der Generaldebatte an den hierfür vorgesehenen Schaltern im Ein-/Ausgangsbereich erteilen.
