Die Windwärts-Weihnachtsspende geht regelmäßig an Heim-statt Tschernobyl.
Der Verein organisiert seit 1992 Workcamps, bei denen junge Familien aus dem verstrahlten Gebiet im Süden Weißrusslands zusammen mit freiwilligen Helfern neue Wohnstätten im nicht betroffenen Norden aufbauen:
zwei Dörfer mit insgesamt 55 ökologischen Häusern, Kirchen und einem Gemeinschaftshaus.

Since 1992 the NGO has been organising work camps in which young families from the irradiated region in the south of Belarus build new settlements in the radiation-free north together with volunteers:
