Der Berliner Künstlerin Asta Gröting ( Jahrgang 1961 ) ist mit dieser Assemblage ihrer 19 Videos umfassenden Serie „ The Inner Voice ” eine fulminante Introspektion gelungen.
Sie passt zur organischen Struktur der Museumsarchitektur ebenso wie zum Zwitterwesen des Marta Herford, das sich nicht nur als klassisches Ausstellungshaus versteht, sondern zugleich als Design-Schaufenster der im Westfälischen angesiedelten Möbelindustrie dient.
Auch Asta Grötings Puppenspiel ist ein Zwitter im Kunstbetrieb.
