«Wie würde sich der Coachee verhalten, damit sich die Mitarbeitenden unterstützt fühlen?» – «Er würde sie auch ab und zu loben, und, vor allem, sie nicht immer runterputzen!»
Für Frage 4 nimmt sich der Coach am meisten Zeit, bis er möglichst viele erwünschte Verhaltensweisen des Coachees von Führungskraft und HR-Leiterin erhalten hat.

The coach spends considerable time on question 4 to extract the “evidence procedures” both manager and head of HR use to judge the coachee’s performance.
