Die Aufgabe des Team Captains hat mir gezeigt, wie wichtig es ist, sich einerseits auf das Team einzulassen und alle an die Hand zu nehmen und andererseits aber jedem Einzelnen die Gelegenheit und den Raum zu geben, sich mit seinen Fähigkeiten einzubringen.
Aus dem Workshop “Seductive Design” von Stephen Anderson, an dem ich am zweiten Tag der Konferenz teilgenommen habe, habe ich wertvollen Input zum Thema Ideation und Methodik mitgenommen.
Ich freue mich schon jetzt darauf, das Gelernte in meiner Arbeit und in meinem Team anwenden zu können.

From Stephen Anderson’s “Seductive Design” workshop in which I took part on the second day of the conference, I took away valuable input on the subject of ideation and methodology.
