Cassidian zeigt auf der diesjährigen PMRExpo ( Professional Mobile Radio ) sein Tetra-Paginggerät P8GR, welches in vollem Umfang die Funktions-, Interoperabilitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen des deutschen Digitalfunknetzes der Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben ( BOS ) erfüllt.
Tetra steht für ‚terrestrial trunked radio‘ und ist ein Standard für digitalen Bündelfunk.
Das Gerät ist für die Anforderungen von freiwilligen Feuerwehren, technische Hilfswerken, aber auch für Betreiber kritischer Infrastrukturen ausgelegt.

The device has been designed to meet the needs of voluntary fire brigades, relief organisations and also critical infrastructure operators.
