www.uni-weimar.deAufgrund des Aufgabenbereichs von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftlern ist die Einstellung einer Vertretung für eine relativ kurze Zeit ( z. B. die 14 Wochen Mutterschutz ) nicht immer praktikabel und sinnvoll.
Am günstigsten ist es daher , wenn bereits eingearbeitete Kolleginnen und Kollegen , die z. B. halbe Stellen oder Stipendien haben , die Vertretung übernehmen können .
Für eine längere Unterbrechung, z. B. durch Elternzeit, ist es auf jeden Fall ratsam, so früh wie möglich Absprachen innerhalb des Lehrstuhls zu treffen, auf welche Weise sowohl die wissenschaftliche Qualifikation des oder der Betroffenen als auch die Arbeitsfähigkeit der Gruppe bzw. der Abschluss des Forschungsprojekts gesichert werden kann.
www.uni-stuttgart.deDue to the areas of responsibility of scientists the employment of a substitute for a relatively short period of time ( e.g. for the 14 months of maternity protection ) is not always practicable and sensible.
It is therefore the best solution when colleagues who are already familiar with the work and who e.g. have half positions or scholarships can carry out the substitution.
For a longer interruption, e.g. due to paternal leave, it is always advisable to make arrangements within the chair as early as possible concerning the way in which the scientific qualification of the respective person and also the working capacity of the group or the conclusion of the research project can be guaranteed.
