Das bestehende Verbot von Tabak zum oralen Gebrauch ( Snus ) wird aufrechterhalten .
Anlässlich der Annahme des Vorschlags sagte der für Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz zuständige Kommissar Tonio Borg:
