SKW Das Oberlandesgericht ( OLG ) Düsseldorf muss sich erneut mit Urheberrechtsverletzungen auf dem Filehosting-Dienst Rapidshare zu Lasten des Videospieleherstellers Atari befassen.
Der Bundesgerichtshof (BGH) hob das Urteil der Berufungsinstanz auf und verwies den Fall zur erneuten Verhandlung und Entscheidung an das OLG zurück.
