Bereits im Jahr 1999 kam Peter Schröder zu Nordcapital.Hier war er zunächst im Bereich Beteiligungscontrolling der Schiffsfonds und in der Fondskonzeption tätig.
2001 übernahm er die Position als Prokurist der Gruppenholding bzw. ab 2008 der Nordcapital GmbH.
