Diese Tatsache beweisen auch die Stadtpläne aus den Jahren 1826 und 1847, in denen an der Stelle, wo heute das Haus steht, eine Baulücke eingezeichnet war.
Der Bau musste deshalb erst nach dem Jahr 1847 stattfinden.
