Seit Start des Film Festivals im Jahr 1991 sind die Veranstalter des Film Festivals bemüht, Technik und Architektur stets an die neuesten Standards anzupassen, wie beispielsweise der Umstieg auf HD oder die Vergrößerung der Leinwand von 230m² auf einzigartige 300 m², um den Gästen einen optimalen Genuss zu ermöglichen und das Kulturerlebnis noch einzigartiger zu machen.
2013 wird der Eingangsbereich des Festivals am Ring neu gestaltet, um noch ein einheitlicheres Bild zu erhalten.
