There have been numerous concerts with the Vienna Philharmonic in which he has been featured as a soloist , among them are those at the Salzburg Mozart Festival and Mozart s " Concertante " with Rainer Küchl and Zubin Mehta for the opening of the Mozart Year 1991 in the Vienna Musikverein .

Von 2000 bis 2006 fungierte er als Erster Konzertmeister des Grazer Symphonischen Orchesters (sowie gleichzeitig auch als Assistent und persönlicher Referent von Chefdirigent Fabio Luisi) und wirkte zwischen 2004 und 2008 als Künst-lerischer Leiter der Steirischen Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde.
