Scholars in Residence, ein Residenzprogramm für NachwuchswissenschaftlerInnen, fördert den Wissenschaftsaustausch, indem es Gastaufenthalte von Forschenden aus den Geistes-, Kultur- und Sozialwissenschaften bei KollegInnen in Deutschland bzw. im Ausland ermöglicht.
Im Rahmen der Schwerpunktthemen bilden jeweils ein Wissenschaftler aus den Ländern Ägypten, Marokko oder Tunesien sowie ein deutscher Wissenschaftler ein Tandempaar.
